About us
We both gave up our rather unfulfilling careers and moved to France to pursue our interests in walking, mountain biking, gardening and cooking. We love this region of France, it's totally unspoilt and off the tourist trail - not much English is spoken locally. For us, the mountains, the sunshine, and the wonderful food and wine make this a heaven on earth.
James
I gave up the dazzling excitement of accountancy, and have turned my hand to cooking and gardening, and when I get the time love mountain biking and walking.
Lorna
I trained as a chef, with a particular passion for puddings. I've done my fair share of travelling and combined this with my interest in walking. I'm especially proud of finishing the GR20, Corsica's wonderful but scary coast to coast walk.
